QuickManpower FAQ

Bidding on GeM manpower tenders: portals, categories, speed, accuracy and getting started.

11 questionsExplore QuickManpower
  1. Yes. QuickBid Manpower extracts tender requirements and prepares submission-ready annexures and compliance workflows.

  2. QuickBid Manpower is GeM manpower tender software, optimised exclusively for manpower bids on the GeM portal.

  3. GeM manpower outsourcing services (fixed remuneration, man-days and minimum wage), security manpower, horticulture, sanitation, facility management and DGR empanelled ESM security services.

  4. Many GeM manpower tender workflows are processed within ~60 seconds, depending on tender complexity.

  5. Yes. It validates compliance requirements, document checklists and qualification conditions with up to 98% accuracy before submission.

  6. QuickBid has the operational capacity to prepare 500+ GeM manpower tenders a day for high-volume participation teams.

  7. Absolutely. QuickBid Manpower is designed to help high-volume teams bidding for GeM manpower outsourcing services scale participation beyond manual operational limits.

  8. In most tenders, GeM manpower bid calculation starts from the applicable minimum wage for each skill category. The minimum wages in GeM portal bids usually follow the central or state notification named by the buyer, often with a variable dearness allowance, since VDA in manpower contracts is typically revised twice a year. Statutory costs come next, and EPF ESI bonus calculation is done on the wage base the tender defines. The agency service charge is added, then GST on manpower services, usually at 18%. The buyer's manpower price bid format sets out how each component must be shown.

  9. Many manpower bids carry a buyer condition setting a minimum service charge, and a GeM service charge 3.85% floor is a figure often seen in recent bids. The exact rule depends on the bid document, so always check its additional terms. Separately, a quote that puts L1 below minimum wages or statutory contributions is usually treated as unviable and rejected, which is why many bidders quote the same lowest permissible service charge.

  10. Files are encrypted with AES-256 and AES-256-GCM and are never accessible to third parties.

  11. Create your company profile once, configure your target regions and categories, and QuickBid Manpower prepares submission-ready tenders for you every day.

  2. QuickTakeoff is in development. Join the early-access list and we will let you know as soon as it is ready.

  3. QuickTakeoff will estimate the material a job actually needs and plan cutting and nesting so less is lost to scrap and wastage — lowering both cost and bid price.

  4. Yes. QuickTakeoff will convert 2D engineering drawings into interactive 3D models for deeper analysis.

  5. Yes. QuickTakeoff will work as bill of quantities software as well as a takeoff tool, generating structured bills of quantities and materials that you can use directly in tender pricing.

  8. Bidders usually prepare the BOQ for tenders by hand: a quantity takeoff from drawings, rate analysis for each item, then entering the BOQ in GeM or on the tender portal in the format the buyer asks for. QuickTakeoff is being built to take the manual effort out of the takeoff and cost estimation, ending in a structured BOQ for tender pricing.

  9. Yes. QuickBid Systems is building QuickTakeoff as quantity takeoff software that India's EPC, infrastructure and manufacturing bidders can use to price tenders from engineering drawings, with BOQ software built into the same workflow.

QuickProcure FAQ

Tender drafting, bid evaluation, committee reports, approvals and data security for buyers.

13 questionsExplore QuickProcure
  1. QuickProcure is AI tender evaluation software for government departments, PSUs and private organisations. It supports NIT and RFP drafting, bidder eligibility verification, technical and financial bid evaluation, comparative statements, Tender Committee proceedings and the Letter of Award in one platform, as e-procurement software for government and private buyers that keeps officials in control.

  2. No. QuickProcure drafts documents and flags findings for review. Eligibility, scoring, ranking and award decisions are always recorded by authorised procurement officials, and every AI finding links to the source clause and bidder document so it can be checked.

  3. Single-, two- and three-packet tenders, so two-bid system evaluation of technical and financial packets is covered. Supported methods include L1 determination, LCS, QCBS evaluation and H1. Workflow stages and approval hierarchies can be configured to match your procedures.

  4. Yes. Its tender document generation produces first drafts of NITs, RFPs, BOQs and corrigenda. Your team reviews, edits and approves every document before it is issued.

  5. It flags common gaps such as stamp paper requirements, authorised signatory checks, unfilled annexures, unsigned documents and missing HSN codes. It also helps detect duplicate or altered documents and verify UDIN, CIN, GSTIN, PAN and Udyog Aadhaar details where applicable.

  6. Yes. Use the standard workflow or configure stages, user roles, designations and approval hierarchies — from briefing note and Finance vetting through Tender Committee proceedings to acceptance by the Tender Accepting Authority and contract award.

  7. QuickProcure is deployed on a dedicated cloud account for your organisation. Data access, security and handling are set up to your requirements, with role-based access control and audit trails.

  8. Access follows role-based permissions, so users only see the documents and take the actions allowed for their role. Relevant actions and evaluation activities are recorded in audit trails.

  9. Yes. Tender Committee reports can be signed with a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) where this is enabled in your configured workflow.

  10. QuickProcure does not certify compliance. Its source-linked findings, audit trails and committee records are designed to support the documentation trail expected under GFR 2017 and CVC guidelines, while your officials remain responsible for applying the rules that govern each tender.

  11. Look for findings you can trace back to the bidder document, support for your tender formats and evaluation methods, approvals that follow your hierarchy, and records your committee can rely on. QuickProcure is tender evaluation software for government buyers built around those needs, and a Proof of Concept on your own tenders is the best way to judge the fit.

  12. You can choose from supported third-party models such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, or QuickBid’s own trained model, depending on your requirements and deployment configuration.

  13. Yes. QuickProcure’s Proof of Concept has been performed by RailTel, and we can run one on your own tenders and workflow before you commit.
