- PSU portals, where many public sector undertakings publish and run their own tenders
- GeM, which works as a marketplace with catalogues, bids and reverse auctions rather than only as a tender portal
Tips for bidders
Register on each portal you plan to bid on well before the deadline, and keep a valid Class 3 DSC where the portal requires one. Each portal has its own enrolment and its own quirks.
Upload early. Portals can slow down near closing time, and late bids are generally not accepted, whatever the reason.
